Dave Ripley    
David Neil Ripley, 28, of 130 North 19th Avenue West, died Sunday in a traffic accident near Ashland. He was born in Duluth and had been a heavy equipment operator for the Duluth Department of Public works. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of Temple Baptist Church and the City and County Employees Association. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Frieda Nelson; three sisters, Mrs. George (Norma) Eliason, Mrs. Carol Ridgeley and Mrs. Richard (Linda) Caya, and a brother, Timothy, all of Duluth.
