DENNIS JOHN 'SKIP' ANDERSON Dennis John 'Skip' Anderson, 71, of Leesburg, Fla. passed away April 21, 2017 at the Villages Hospice House under the loving care of his wife and staff at Cornerstone Hospice. Mr. Anderson was born on July 7, 1945 in Duluth to Donald and Lillian Anderson. Skip was retired from Duluth Mesabi and Iron Range Railroad after more than 29 years as an electrician. He and his wife Terry moved to Leesburg from Duluth in 1998 and were members of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Leesburg. He served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Leesburg. He was an avid fisherman. He was preceded in death by his parents and beloved brother Donald B Anderson. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Terry Anderson of Leesburg; a son, John T. Anderson and wife Jennifer of Brooklyn Park; two daughters, Jennifer Clark and husband Bill of Duluth, and Trisha Mangan and her husband Michael of Cochranville, Penn.; and nine loving grandchildren. A Celebration of Life was held April 26 in Leesburg.
