A staircase we all either walked up or down on at one time or another. The hockey players really enjoyed running up to third floor and running back down to first floor. The Hockey Players Gained a lot of STAMINA running the stairs. T his was probably Pat Francisco's and Gene Schweiger's favorite exercise to prepare for the next hockey game.
